Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (CSEA)

At Havit, we have a zero-tolerance policy for content that sexualizes or endangers children, whether real or fictional (e.g., animations, digital images, media, text, or illustrations). The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading, storing, producing, sharing, or encouraging the sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• Sharing visual depictions, third-party links, or discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

This includes any intent to express outrage or raise awareness. Content of this nature will not be tolerated.

We also acknowledge that members may wish to share photos of their children in appropriate contexts. However, all such images must follow these guidelines:

• Photos of children must be appropriate, lawful, and relevant.

• Children in profile photos must be fully clothed and may not appear alone. This includes images from your own childhood.

• Photos featuring genitalia or buttocks of babies, toddlers, or children—whether covered, partially covered, or obscured by emojis—are strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from Havit and a report to the relevant authorities.

Mandatory Reporting

In compliance with U.S. law, if we become aware of apparent child sexual exploitation, grooming, or abuse, we will report the matter to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). NCMEC may further share the report with appropriate local and international law enforcement agencies.

If you believe your account or content has been mistakenly flagged under this policy, you can reach out to our support team [here].

Let’s work together to ensure that Havit remains a safe and respectful community.
