Additionally, users can be assigned over 8,000 representative identities based on the onboarding survey results, allowing them to easily showcase their individuality to others.

    Set up your profile: After completing the sign-up, an onboarding survey will be conducted to enter information such as hobbies, interests, and lifestyle. Completing all steps without omission will result in a personalized profile.

  • Havit can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and the registration process is as follows:

    1. Download the app:
    - Search for "Havit" in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download it.
    - Once the installation is complete, launch the app.

    2. Sign up:
    - On the first screen, choose to sign up with a social account from Google, Apple, or Facebook.
    - After selecting the desired social account, the login screen will appear.
    - Complete the login process by entering your social account information.
    - When signing up with a social account, basic information from the account (name, email, etc.) will be linked to your Havit account.

    3. Phone verification:
    - After completing the social account sign-up, proceed with phone number verification as an additional security measure.
    - Enter your phone number, and an SMS with a verification code will be sent to that number.
    - Enter the verification code in the app to complete phone verification.
    - This step is crucial for verifying your identity and protecting your account.

    4. Upload verification photos:
    - As the next step, upload a clear photo of yourself for identity verification.
    - A photo showing your face clearly from the front is the most suitable.
    - Follow the in-app instructions to turn your head so your face can be fully scanned.
    - After verification is complete, upload at least three attractive photos for your profile.

    5. Set up your profile:
    - After completing the sign-up, an onboarding survey will be conducted to enter information such as hobbies, interests, and lifestyle.
    - Completing all steps without omission will result in a personalized profile.

  • Pick is a unique concept of Havit where you can select someone you like.

    If you find someone attractive, you can swipe their profile to the right to show your interest.
    If the other person also swipes right on you, a match is made, and you can start a conversation.

    Additionally, you can view users who have picked you, users you have picked for free through the 'link' within the app.

  • Hi is a main feature of Havit that allows you to send the first message to someone you like. This feature plays an important role in forming a first impression and starting a conversation, and here is how to use it:

    1. Select the Hi (first message) button:
    - While browsing through profiles, if you find someone you like, you can press the 'Hi' button on their profile to send the first message.

    2. Write a message:
    - Havit provides a chat assistant feature to help users start conversations more easily and effectively.
    - This assistant helps you create an engaging first greeting message based on common interests with the other person.

    3. After sending the Hi (first message):
    - If the other person receives your Hi message, they can read and reply to it.
    - Upon sending a reply, a 1:1 chat room is automatically created.
    - Using the Hi feature well allows you to start meaningful conversations with the right people. Carefully review the other person's profile and use the help of the chat assistant to send an impressive first message.

  • Clover is a free currency provided by Havit and can only be earned in the following two cases:

    1. Users receive 50 Clovers one time for free upon completing their final profile setup after registration.

    2. Users can receive 200 Clovers for free once per day by logging into the app. Clovers are credited daily at GMT +09:00.

    Clover can be used for the following purposes:

    • To send a Hi (first message) to someone.

    • To upgrade a Hi (first message) to a Super Chat.

    4. No commercial activity:
    - Advertising, sales, fundraising, and campaigns are not allowed. Havit cannot be used for prostitution or escort services.

    5. Be yourself:
    - Do not create fake accounts or pretend to be someone else. People want to meet the real you.

    6. Respectful conversation:
    - Treat everyone with respect in conversations. Harassment, threats, blackmail, and hate speech based on race, gender, religion, disability, etc., are not allowed.

    7. Age requirement:
    - Havit is only for users aged 18 and above. Photos of minors are not allowed.

    8. Compliance with laws:
    - Illegal content or activities are not allowed. This includes drug trade, counterfeit goods, human trafficking, etc.

    9. No account sharing:
    - Each account can only be used by one person. Do not share your account with others.

    10. Post your own content:

  • Yes, Havit provides block and report functions.

    Blocking is a useful feature that prevents unwanted users from viewing your profile or sending you messages. This function helps protect you from unpleasant or uncomfortable people.

    Here's how to use the block function in the Havit app:
    1. Go to the profile or chat room of the user you want to block.
    2. Select "Block and report this member" at the bottom of the profile page.
    3. Select "Block" in the confirmation popup.
    4. Once blocked, the user's profile, chat history, etc., will be hidden, so choose carefully.

    Reporting is an important feature for notifying platform operators if you find users violating the community guidelines or terms of service. Reported content is thoroughly reviewed by the Havit operations team, and the reported user is immediately blocked from contacting you.

    Here's how to use the report function in the Havit app:
    1. Go to the profile or chat room of the user you want to report.
    2. Select "Block and report this member" at the bottom of the profile page.
    3. Choose the reason for reporting and enter detailed information if needed.
    4. Press "Report and block" to complete the report.

    If any issues arise, do not hesitate to use the block and report functions. Reported content is reviewed by the operations team, and based on the severity, the following actions may be taken:

    - Warning: If the violation is relatively minor, a warning message is sent to the user.
    - Temporary suspension: If the violation is repeated or serious, the account is temporarily suspended.
    - Account deletion: For severe violations, the account is permanently deleted.

  • Account deletion is possible within the Havit app and the steps are as follows:

    1. Select 'My' from the menu at the bottom of the app screen.
    2. Go to settings and select 'Delete account' under the account section.
    3. The process of confirming the intention to delete the account will proceed, and you will be informed of the possible consequences (e.g., inability to recover the account, deletion of data).
    4. After reading and understanding all the information, confirm the account deletion.

    Once the account deletion is complete, you will be automatically logged out of the app, and the account will be deactivated. After that, you will not be able to log in again with that account, and data recovery may not be possible.

    Photo Verification is a mandatory process in Havit designed to ensure that every user on our platform is genuine. By requiring all users to verify their profile photos, we prevent the creation of fake profiles, creating a secure and trustworthy environment where only verified individuals can interact. Successful completion of this process will grant you a verified badge on your profile, signaling to others that your identity has been authenticated.

    How Does Photo Verification Work?

    Photo Verification involves taking a brief video selfie. During this process, two critical checks are performed:

    1. Liveness Check: This ensures that the video selfie is taken by a live person, not manipulated or altered, verifying the authenticity of the submission.

    2. 3D Face Authentication: This process compares your video selfie to the photos on your profile, using advanced facial geometry data to generate a unique template. This template helps confirm that the person in the video is the same as in the profile photos.

    Once you pass both checks, your profile will be marked with a "Photo Verified" badge, which is visible to others on the platform.

    Why Is Photo Verification Mandatory?

    Photo Verification is compulsory to maintain the integrity of the Havit community. By ensuring that all users are verified, we protect our community from fake profiles and create a space where everyone can trust the authenticity of the people they interact with. This not only enhances user experience but also significantly reduces the likelihood of encountering fraudulent accounts.

    How Is My Photo Verification Information Used?

    Your facial geometry data is used exclusively for the Photo Verification process. The video selfie you provide is not stored permanently; instead, it is deleted immediately after verification is completed. However, we retain two screenshots from your video selfie for auditing and management purposes.

    The data and screenshots are securely stored on our servers, and we retain them only as long as necessary to provide and maintain the verification service. As you update your profile photos, this data allows us to efficiently re-verify your identity.

    What Will You Keep After Photo Verification is Complete?

    After completing Photo Verification, we retain your facial geometry data to continue offering this service as you update your profile. This data is stored for the lifetime of your account and is deleted within 30 days after your account is closed. We also keep two screenshots from the video selfie process for auditing purposes. The video selfie itself is not stored after the verification process is complete.

    How Do I Delete My Photo Verification Information?

    To delete your Photo Verification Information:

    • Facial Geometry Data: You can delete this data by deleting your Havit account. This will also reset your matches and remove your verified status, ensuring that all users are interacting with profiles that have been recently verified.

    • Video Selfie Screenshots: You can request the deletion of the screenshots by contacting our support team. These screenshots will also be automatically deleted when your account is closed.

    Under What Legal Authority Do You Process the Photo Verification Information?

    We process your Photo Verification Information based on your explicit consent. This consent is a requirement for using our service, as it enables us to maintain a secure and authentic community.
